ABOUT ME

Hi! I’m Bryan. I’m a seasoned entertainment professional with a passion for media and pop-culture. I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can utilize my exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and I enjoy implementing my creativity to provide fresh ideas. I’m extremely organized, dedicated, and efficient … detail-obsessed with lists of my lists. I have a knack for overcoming challenges and creating solutions, implementing my ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

As sr. program operations manager for Peacock at NBCUniversal, I have extensive experience managing large-scale projects across various competing streaming initiatives – from tracking daily publishing of library and primetime content to high-profile series launches and marketing partnerships. I’m often fielding client requests and managing expectations amongst teams, while creating efficient systems for research, tracking, fulfilling, and reporting. I monitor project progress, timelines and concerns, and contribute to defining best practices and documenting areas for process improvement. I communicate project updates to operations staff and leadership executives, while connecting the dots and developing key cross-functional relationships to maintain a consistent strategy for meeting deadlines and driving progress on business objectives.

I’ve been hands on since the launch of Peacock, having managed the end-to-end execution of over 80,000 hours of programming for the streaming service. Some key projects I’ve facilitated include content fulfillment of flagship series THE OFFICE; WWE Network archive and day-and-date content (17,000+ hours of programming); 4K content servicing; NBC and Bravo primetime launches on Peacock; Telemundo library (4,300+ assets); and content delivery for various marketing activations, such as the JetBlue x Peacock exclusive streaming partnership.

Additionally, I have extensive entertainment PR experience from Universal Pictures, Lionsgate, BWR PR, and Imprint PR. I gained hands-on experience collaborating on publicity and promotional strategies for high-profile clients and film releases such as SISTERS, MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING 2, THE HITMAN’S BODYGUARD, and THE GLASS CASTLE. I monitored and distributed daily press coverage; developed and updated media lists; created and maintained press kits; and drafted client memos, schedules, bios and fact sheets. I’ve also assisted with advance film screenings, press junkets, red carpet premieres, and publicity-related activities.

I’m a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.A. in Public Relations. When I’m not busy at work, I enjoy keeping up with the latest trends, spending time with my Bichon name Benny, and catching as many sunsets as possible on Cape Cod.
